Fort Chaffee Reunion  

A reunion for the 1961 Fort Chaffee Veterans of the 100th Division is being planned according to MSG Clyde E. Powell of Berea, KY. It will be held at the Cedar Village Restaurant in Irvine, KY, on Friday, May 2, 2008. Time for the dinner is 6 p.m. Each attendee will order and pay for their own meal.

All members who were called up and served at Fort Chaffee, AK, are invited to attend. The call-up was September 1961. Spouses and children are invited. The families of the members that have passed away are certainly welcome.

Organizers must know who is planning to attend the reunion so they can make arrangements with the restaurant to accommodate the group.
